Last Week…

Thursday, April 1st, 2010

Jane Lesley and Pip ran our final session of the season and we took this opportinity to revisit some of the topics that we’d worked on throughout the term and film the results! The Juniors created a comedy underwater scene which they first performed unaccompanied, then again with a comedy underscore and then once again with a dramatic sountrack with some very interesting and quite moving results! The Seniors chose to film some of their favourite improv games including ‘Park Bench’ and the ‘Freeze n Pass It On’ game which they did with great skill and panache, producing some excellent performances from all! We also all revisited the Bubble Choreography this week which worked better the 2nd time around (we used a variety of weird and wonderful props to make the bubbles with this time!) although the mixture was still lacking in some way…! However we managed to produce 5 short (but very inventive!) bubble pieces including ‘Bubble Madness’ and ‘Big, Bubble Bath’!!
